    Olson family already has a lot of stock in 3DP and most likely would have to borrow to buy more. What bank would lend to buy stock which is immediately showing a loss?
    IMHO, even if he wanted to buy he couldn't get finance, so I don't think the lapsed options are bearish, but the vaporized overhang is bullish.

    RN has the collateral to have exercised, but is no longer on the board so probably doesn't require ASX reporting. But I doubt he would bother as he has bigger fish to fry.
