For years Nearmaps options were out of the money always seemed to drop around time they expired. Felt sorry for employees even though they could have gotten a loan of Nearmap to convert them, fast forward to today, I bet the same people are kicking themselves for not taking them up even though it was cheaper to buy on market. No one knows a company better than management and how much the MC should be worth even better for the shareprice when management pay a premium gives a good indication of how the company's travelling.
