olympic dam cu supply issues and pna

Forgive me if this has already been discussed, but with the breakdown of the main ore transport system at Olympic Dam supposedly meaning a huge reduction of Cu supply from the mines there, is it likely cause a shortage of Cu in the longer term, or is the production from Olympic Dam just a drop in the ocean on the world stage.

I assume that with PNA's SP tied closely to the POC that it may have a positive effect of our SP.
