Think about it, this company will never produce U, so the most of the SP has a take over built into it..!
What happens if you take the largest player out of the equation and has to sell it holdings to further reduce its debt...?
Remember RIO is currently divesting part of it portfolio of companies that actually make money, to keep things going...If Swan and the FIRB reject the Chinalco deal, watch what happens to EXT's SP...!
