People may be buying into GRK because they know that they stand a good chance of receiving a REDI grant from the federal government and then a JV with someone, like BHP for example, would put their cash position out of the equation. The value of GRK would then be put down to the quality of their resource, the location of their resource and of equal importance, the experience to exploit and commercialise it. You may want to wait until that happens (time value of money, risk versus reward thing) but the profit you would make would be considerably reduced. It is your call buddy.
