re: retail getting scalped as bigboys sell. I know that but what is the cross funding relationship with the trust? Is there any debt from the builder to the trust? How safe is the trust if it is based on the strength of the commercial property market?
This company has always, for me, as for others been a little opaque.
Where will it all be if the builder is, say, hit with some huge litigation and/or falls over?
