AFAIK she could exercise them now if she wanted to. Gives cash to FAR, gets shares. However, if she truly believes, she would hold them as options and cash in the bank until expiry date. Since the SP will be well over $1 by then (TIC) she could convert them and sell them straight up for a very tidy profit.
