We'd speculated previously that SWF should be concerned with OM trying to compete in the retail brokerage space, undercutting. Seems Superhero is changing provider, maybe for that reason.

It puts OM back to relying on SWF more heavily.

Could be a positive for SWF, putting them in the drivers' seat with the OM partnership, as long as Superhero doesn't end up with a cheaper provider helping their margins more, allowing them to compete harder.
