Oh, I read the earlier information as another person had just given them a copy of the report. I wonder if any sections would be redacted via a FOI request? Maybe the whole thing would be black? Prolly just easier to torrent the thing (ISX do have software peeps/programmers that work for them) ......maybe not.
Maybe like drag racing for the order of the rules - First or worse type thing?
