I am up to my belly-button in ITE. In 2005 I looked hard at IBA technologies and watched while they locked in lots and lots of software contacts for various health authorities (including the NHS in UK) and yet during the locking-in process they dropped from 80 cents and then languished in the 40-50 cents range for months. So I sez -I'll give these a miss. Well, look at them now! I'm of the view that a similar re-rating is due for ITE; only question is - when. I'll tell you one thing though; buying the precious metals stocks in a bull market (2002 to now) has been a lot easier and a lot more rewarding than working with stocks like ITE :)
