There is plenty of info to suggest that Utah will play a larger part in future US energy supply and Marion is well poised to exploit that.
I am not expecting an imminent announcement and so will not be disappointed if one not forthcoming for the next month or so.
Although the official ann of company sale was made on 16th of this month there has been much work done on this for months now so closure one way or another is not that far away imo.
