the potential is huge and open at depth and in every direction
finance is available as per last announcement.
no ambiguity arose as i read that report.
i believe finance is ready to draw as soon as designs are ready, meaning long lead items can be ordered according to design specs, leading to construction.
just need regular updates.
this quarter was meant to be sorting out the design contractor delays and arrival of drill team recruits into oman.
