Thanks Mo ..... I suppose the big question then is what is the market waiting for ? ......this SP doesn't seem to be factoring the likelihood of the ML being granted ....I wonder why ?

I suppose the market thought the original H of As and agreements with Manjem were secure enough, and that the ML would be a formality, and the SP responded accordingly with a decent spike as I recall, but look what happened there ....... maybe that's why the current SP is stuck ..... the left field possibility must be weighing on minds I suppose ....
