    I'm not trying to convince you of that at all. That's the conclusion I can see being formed in court. The most important point that comes out of this is that the site selected is not, in their opinion, right for UCG. This means if the court finds that to be correct the capital investment in that site is wasted. What do you suppose that does to your shareprice?
