Your posts reinforce the extensive discussions on this forum a couple of years ago, and those conclusions are still valid and unchallenged .

These, together with the incompetence and lack of scientific rigour of
DERM officials is a damning indictment of the way Cougar Energy was treated.
The Ombudsman's report reinforces these opinions, a great wrong was done to Cougar Energy and thus we Shareholders.

The Company has progressed the legal aspects of this in a steady and careful way,thus maximising the chances of a successful outcome.
So far, I have not seen anything that seriously threatens this.
