CAMEC bailed because they know that their bid was going to be unsuccessful - the CAMEC s/p has dropped significantly since the offer was first announced - why then would people take an all script offer not much higher than the Denison cash bid when the Denison bid was unsuccessful at $1.15? The answer is they won't and CAMEC knows that.
On another matter I spoke with the MD today and he said (as announced in the March quarterly) that the Prefeasibility study (PFS) has been continued on with, the results of which they expect to release in July or August. Bottom line is we will see a huge rerate when they use the new Uranium price. Previous postings by me say the current valuation (based on $113/lb U3O8) is $6.74 /share
