    What I doubt is though.... as I recall, director Ian Middlemass sold his 4.8mil shares and MD Matthew Yates sold his 2.2mil shares to accept Dennison's offer.

    This would be the only company I'm aware of expecting a major re-rating without the director's owning a single share to get their share of the ride.
