Just a quick overview, by me ;-)

It is marine omega 3 (mm not just omega 3)
Wonder if it is the source of the omega 3? Seems so.

Also omega 3 plays a role in prostate abnormal cell growth. There is a suggestion that the fatty acids are involved (note suggested).

What role and what are the mechanism the research has no idea (well public) and needs to do further research.
