    i like bali style ones.

    Whisk 2-3 eggs NO MILK add to mix ur goodies ham/cheese/tomato/avacardo/ chilli wotever salt pepper

    hot pan small amt oil

    pour in so ingredients sit on one half , let egg mix roll to other half
    cook then fold over

    simple
