Very simply, some people must believe that the SP is still headed lower or sideways on the view that the SP will track a perceived future lowering IO price. Why else would they be selling?
My own view is very different, but sellers must be selling for a reason. It could also be that some traders that got in at around 10.5c are selling for a quick buck too.
