A binding contract for the complete installation of the entire plant morph into a different contract for part installation - how was that a binding contract?
Plant which was 100% paid for turns out to be not 100% paid for, as according to the company's latest price sensitive ann. they have yet to issue the shares for payment. The company says they have until May 2014 to issue them, but might do so before the AGM. Why not now? What difference would it make? Don't Sinosteel WANT to be paid?
The company survives for eleven weeks without spending a cent, according to their announcements. How?
A section heading "Remaining Costs to completion of the Processing Plant" doesn't mention what they are.
Many posters reckon that the people involved in a company are the most important part. Well, looking at the last few announcements (excluding the New Discovery ones) I can't see that the people writing the announcements have a firm grip on what is happening, so no, I wouldn't buy at 20c at the moment.
