So seems it IS playing out like that... excellent call @Investeddy1...
Updating the chart sheds some light on the situation IMO...
2.3 was initial resistance in July '20... broken in Aug... holding in Sept 21 but breaking down earlier this month...
I was happy to reenter @ 2 and said would add if 1.5 was hit but with the news it tested the 2.3 resistance instead and never looked like breaking thru so I knocked em out @ 2.2 planning to watch a while...
This news surprised me but back in 1.6 and bidding lower and see support is here as you would expect it to be...
Not much to do except wait for sellers to ease and buyers to arrive based on that earlier good news which is happening ATM at least though don't know about tomorrow...
