Lol at mudguts. I'm guessing that he probably sold most of his holdings of CLA a long time ago at a big loss and now holds a very very small parcel. So he can still call himself a holder, but continue to hang around being a drag on everything. It wouldn't cost him a lot of money if CLA performs badly due to the small insignificant holding (I'm guessing about 270k shares held), but he gets to vent his "retribution".
Either that or he's trying to profit from downramping, but I doubt he's that smart or dedicated.
