Rus, unless you can find another petroleum/coal project that is going to create several hundred jobs in the new Geelong industrial zone then I'd bet on it being Exergen/Mantle with maybe an offshore downstream producer like Kawasaki Heavy Industries or Shanghai electric. The Mayor of Geelong must know who these businesses are but can't say who they are until all is revealed by denis Napthine during the election campaign.
