sultan from my view is more like investing in a ponzi scheme they keep enticing investors with new opportunities but have failed to get even one project off the ground.
I think its very unlikely they will get togo as they have no proven abilitiy in developing a mine,but dont worry im sure there will be more opportunities maybe coal in mongolia lol
