DGH44, my take as well.

Sounds like the Company wants to have the facility available should they need to raise cash quickly in the event that one or more of the projects that are currently being negotiated comes off, and the current reserves won't cover the acquisition costs.

Sounds like they must be working on some pretty big deals......

I hope they are looking at currently producing assets as well...
