He had no real answer, as you can tell by his stupid good guys and girls joke. there’s no more generic business marketing than ‘we are the small guy so our service is more personal’. Literally how non specific can you get, your a data centre company not a local installer of curtains. If that service doesn’t scale, so you can offer something personalised when your big, then it’s not a competitive advantage now, as you admitted in your response. There was many of these moments through the video.
