GridComm in total now about $1.6 funding investment so far including the recent $500k raising from singapore investors.
ODN will need the SP to be higher. They will be reliant on the pros.
Its hard to say how many shares in ODN. Between 400 to 500m vendor shares then 250m performance shares.
After all this there will be a consolidation to tighten up the cap structure.
