Yes, that is correct.
It took me a couple of tries, due to there being two sets of rules.
One for ''Rascism'', and a different set when it comes to ''White Rascism''.
This is what ''concerns'' me.
A stereotypical derogatory insult and racial slur against WHITE U.S citizens in rural areas, is allowed to be used with impunity.
But refer to another demographic that stereotypically resides in the lower socio-economic urban areas with an equivelent colloquial terminology... And Bingo....Not a chance...........................................................
