he's still trying to pick a bottom much like he has been for a number of years.. problem is in the mean time the market went the other way to the tune of 85%.
(See Stephen Roach.. after 4 years of all +20% returns he finally calls it quits as a perma bear... the day before the market turned. lol)
On Gold he's been spot on (who hasn't)
bear in mind when the cramers/sinclairs and all the other yellers call the sky is falling all they've done is flipped the coin they used to goad the plankton into the market in the first place.
How else do yu get the throngs to release their quality stocks into the hands of the biggies...
and boy do some of the biggies need a filip at the moment.
When you have such big losses how do you cover em...
create a run on the best and the brightest.
Be interesting to find out what proportion of co. stock is being held quite tightly at the moment against what proportion is being churned.
No where near crash parameters I bet.
