Malaysia has used China vac for the bulk of its vaccinations.
They have on hand 4 million Pfizer including 1 million donated by the US . That's sufficient for 2 million people.
Both the EU and US are hoarding Pfizer in preparation for the Northern winter.
There's very little free supply available.
