OMH, which is listed on the Australian stock exchange, is planning a secondary listing on Bursa Malaysia, Malaysia’s stock exchange. Malaysia is the site of its Sarawak ferroalloy smelter. OMH owns 75% of Sarawak and Cahya Mata Sarawak owns the remaining 25%. Investment in the smelter has been about $500-million. “With a long-term competitively priced power contract, excellent logistics and infrastructure, the cost-competitive smelter supports steel makers globally."
