OM Sarawak is doing better than most during this coronavirus pandemic, note the drop in production in the Ukraine. The Ukraine possibly have the cheapest power for their smelters.

Ukraine's ferroalloy production fell 24.8% to 189,650 mt in the first quarter of 2020 compared to the same 2019 period, according to UkrFA. Production of silicomanganese output was down 34.6% to 135,850 mt, while manganese metal production fell to 700 mt, down 60%. Ferrosilicon production was down 40% to 12,050 mt.

I don't have the detailed info on the power prices for all the 30+ ferrosilicon factories in the world, but I know that the Ukraine is definitely well  infront of Elkem in Iceland, and with the new power contract for Elkem in Iceland OM Sarawak is infront.
By using that methodology  it would mean that OM Sarawak is in the top 3 or 4th place in cheapest power.  The power price for OM Sarawak according to the CMSB data that I have shows the power price at 0.144 sen/kWh for FY20 or US$0.033/kWh
