With the Pocket watch you could set your alerts so that it would beep when your buy/sell was reached, then just ring your broker.
Only available in metro area though.
I think you can get that sort of thing on Blackberry etc.
Very handy when away from your computer.
I stopped using it when I ceased active trading.
