Operationally I wouldn't see it having much impact. WA has procedures that are proving extremely successful at keeping Covid out of the community. WA doesn't need to change things much, if at all. It just needs to keep on doing what it is doing. That is fundamentally different from other areas that have opened up and now face new restrictions.

Also operationally, any event that has entities looking a regionally based risks will also have them looking at supply lines and whether they have geographically exposed risk. E25 has stated plans to expand production and this would be a great time to be shopping increased supply as companies look to diversify their supply sources. Companies that may not have considered contracting to a start-up may change their view.

The major event for the 29th for E25 is however likely to be the AGM and any related presentations. The Market cap at $1.10 is $168m. Recent announcements confirm an intention to expand production. The 3.9Mt expansion of December 2020 had a pre-tax NPV of $1.158m delivering A$81.5m pa of operational cash flow. That's before any benefits from HP Mn.

The market clearly doesn't believe anything close to that annual cash flow will be delivered in the near future and on a sustained basis. If it did, the share price would be a lot higher. If the AGM provides clarity that existing operational metrics are start-up issues and something close to the PFS will be delivered, there could be a major upwards re-rate. Then again the AGM could provide wishy-washy statements and not provide much clarity like many recent announcements. We will just have to wait and see.
