Current high death rates?
Please define what a high death rate is.
I think Dex some perspective is needed here.
The overall case fatality rate in Aus to date is less than 0.2% and would be lower for omicron in isolation.
Also this figure is heavily skewed by folk over the age of 80, folk who are already living at a high death rate age.
