That all makes a lot of sense, given how well FLN did during the the rest of the pandemic.
Seriously, I thought FLN was going to do really well at the start of the pandemic too but the marketplace revenue has been steadily shrinking. I think they are being outcompeted by FVRR and UPWK and very possibly LinkedIn too. So while the environment is good for companies like this, current conditions are just leading to a consolidation of the market with FLN's competitors taking the growth.
Despite the hopes of some posters here (constantly posting the SP of other companies), marketplaces are winner takes all. Who remembers the #2 online seller of books in the 1990s?
