You didn't address any of my points about comparing a seat belt to an injection.

Are you mitigating it though? Possibly mitigating it for a short time, however the provisional approval was only approved for short term safety and efficacy. Long term safety and efficacy would need to be shown to continue provisional approval. Surely with boosters so soon and talks of a fourth shot, long term efficacy is not good. Boosters or shots for more variants could increase risk of adverse events. The trials that got these shots to provisional approval only included 2 shots, now with boosters we are going outside of the initial phase 2/3 trial parameters. Then with another potential strain specific shot, we are well and truly outside the intiai trials.

By mitigating one risk (covid), where you are potentially (depending on circumstance) very low risk in the first place, you are introducing more risks (vaccine), do you not see that? Then potentially multiplying risk (boosters). Where there is risk there should be choice.

By all means if you want to partake in a trial and are high risk go ahead, I'm happy to sit this one out.

Of course it is obvious, what is the risk of an under 60 year old with no comorbidities dieing of covid?
