Head & Shoulders formations traditionally mark turning points. The DOW has almost confirmed a very neat reversal conforming to this reliable pattern. Declining volume through the left shoulder, head and right shoulder conform to the rules. Final conformation will be flagged when the neckline is broken by penetration through 8200. Perhaps its time to get ready for the next bear leg of the downturn. Initial target is 8200-(9100 (head)-8200 (neckline))=7400.
