Basically if the shareholders do not support the cap raising then the shares will become worthless and MNC will just become another failed Australian punt.
Common sense must realize that MNC needs the cap raising and if we don't support it then we will all lose.
Although common sense seems to be rare these days and having a failed company being a major shareholder does not help the share price as they dump shares.
