The other point on this is that the BBI website shows the conveyor section linking that 40 kms to FMS in place and when I spoke with FMS on this they told me that previous to this announcement, the conveyor was the responsibility of FMS. However, I pointed out that the BBI claimed responsibility in the presentation on their website.
So, you could deduct that something has been agreed to in regards to this and now this is in the public domain without an announcement from our Board.
I have yet to receive an email back in response to this was was told it would be expedited to our board.
