Its setting up for a break in the short term...not long term.
Original resistance was $1.05 (higher high). Broke-out on the 8 May and then pulled back to 95-cent support on 15 May (last week) (higher low). Then retested and broke 1.15 this week (higher high) and backing off to test support at $1.05 today (20 May). It could break $1.15 sometime next week. I think if the Dow Jones breaks the 24750 zone, then we're off to the races!
