oOh! makes money from advertisers buying their media. Advertisers buy the media to reach audiences. If the advertisers don't think they are getting audiences, they'll buy other media.
People have to be outside to look at outdoor. Airports are closed. CBD's are empty. People are staying away from public transport. Many professional businesses will be working from home for the foreseeable future (which affects all community outdoor media, plus oOh! owns office tower screens)
Outdoor will come back but in the short team it is not a healthy media channel.
