You need to get out more.
Out of Home is already back. Paid advertising is EVERYWHERE again back out on the streets, in the malls, etc.
Airports have started domestic flights again too without social distancing. So lots more punters back - leisure and business travellers.
Or just speak to people in the media buying industry. New financial years and marketing budgets have returned for most.
