Nice work on the research Neil, I believe Phillip would not have come on board with Omni if the board did not believe he could take the company to the stratosphere. The guy has so many relationships he can leverage to drive it forward and with the IPO they should be able to raise the funds necessary to expand the product line. In my view it was always the bigger play of their two investments but for share holders it is going to be several years of work towards really developing the value of it.

Many impatient profit takers are less inclined towards seeing this as a long term hold, but I believe if institutional small cap funds start seeing it as a likely mid-long term position we may see a large number of shares soaked up between here and 4-8c
