.. come on, T .. this ins't Australia, where laws rule actions .. this is the DRC, where corruption and brown paper bags have ruled .. logic doesn't necessarily apply .. if law reigned, we would already have the ML but it has been over 12 months waiting and Felix hasn't played his trump card .. unfortunately, I fear for the worst, with China the preferred option for Felix .. fingers crossed this isn't the case but to look for the logical solution is a little naive, I believe ..
