I noted the class action is an 'opt-out' proposition...... so you are in it unless you opt out...
Sounds like it might go ahead regardless.
Yes I realise the burden this would bring to the already heavily encumbered BOD.
Would be interested to see how many opted out and whether or not the current events with DRC will persuade SH's that this is a chance to recover some funds .
