This newswire also confirms NLC's intent to use Coldry in it's own right (as a fuel source for their thermal power plants) not just part of the Matmor process. The financial, tax and legal review, which has been confirmed as underway, also states the same...
"NLC operates the largest open cast lignite mines in India and desires to expand its business into production of dried pellets in co-operation with ECT and NMDC, in addition to utilize the lignite as reducing agent in iron reduction process called MATMOR process."
Those 2 very important words: "In addition."
The submission of the draft report is the day before the AGM, also, expect an announcement regarding the fully-fledged global HydroMOR patent. The provisional filing ends the day after the AGM (23rd) and has, so far, received no objections. Meaning no one else has anything close to the tech / process.
