It seems a few months ago NLC stated it intends to use the coldry pellets as fuel and there it is in black and whiteanyone else notice that the successful tenderer has 30 days to accept the offer and sign the contract which is different from "the clock starts ticking with the letter of offer" we are setting our watches by at the moment.
