Anything is possible in this market, after being suspended for so long they will have plenty of eyes watching the action, they might have something to offer after hearing the same backers behind IOU are now backing PIL. I have always been of the opinion long term suspensions and LT sleepers somehow turn up to pay handsomely more often than not and the fact IOU is working on building an Asian presence certainly brings PIL into the limelight to some extent now we know who has taken position.
Interesting situation.
Maybe an addition to the BOD could help answer some questions, the Top 20 will hopefully shed some light on the situation as to who has actually been funding it during this extremely long suspension.
